即墨区片区以一汽两大项目为龙头,初步建立起较为完整的汽车产业链;莱西市片区以北汽新能源青岛基地为龙头,拥有汽车零部件及配套企业近千家。
The Jimo Area has initially established a relatively complete automobile industrial chain led by the two major projects of FAW. The Laixi Area is home to nearly 1,000 auto parts and supporting parts enterprises led by the Qingdao Base of BAIC BJEV.

规划导则 Planning Guidelines
即墨区片区投资强度不低于330万元/亩,销售收入或营业收入不低于450万元/亩,税收不低于30万元/亩,产业用地容积率不低于1.5;莱西市片区投资强度不低于300万元/亩,销售收入或营业收入不低于250万元/亩,税收不低于25万元/亩,产业用地比例不低于70%。
In the Jimo Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3.3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 4.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 300,000/mu, and the plot ratio of industrial land not less than 1.5. In the Laixi Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 2.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 250,000/mu, and the proportion of industrial land not less than 70%.
