These enterprises specialize in various areas such as integrated circuit (IC) design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing, and are involved in industries such as industrial electronics and smart home appliances.

投资强度不低于500万元/亩，达产后销售收入或营业收入不低于300万元/亩，税收不低于40万元/亩，产业用地比例不低于70%。
The investment intensity will not be less than RMB 5 million/mu. Once the industry cluster reaches the design capacity, the sales revenue or operating revenue will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the tax revenue not less than RMB 400,000/mu. Additionally, the proportion of industrial land will not be less than 70%.

In the Jimo Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3.3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 4.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 300,000/mu, and the plot ratio of industrial land not less than 1.5. In the Laixi Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 2.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 250,000/mu, and the proportion of industrial land not less than 70%.
