哈尔滨新区HARBINNEWAREA

　　2015年12月16日经中国国务院批复设立;包括哈尔滨市松北区、呼兰区、平房区的部分区域，规划面积493平方公里。中国唯一的以对俄合作为主题的国家级新区和最北部的国家级新区，中国实施新一轮东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略、推进“一带一路”建设的重大举措和战略支点。

　　HarbinNewAreawasestablishedonDecember16,2015withtheapprovalofChina'sStateCouncil,whichincludesSongbeiArea, HulanAreaandpartareaofPingfangArea,andthetotalplannedareais493squarekilometers.Itistheonlystate-levelnewareawiththethemeofcooperationwithRussiaandthenorthernmostoneinChina,whichisastrategicfulcrumforimplementinganewroundofrevitalizing northeastChinaandotheroldindustrialbases,promoting‘TheBeltandRoadInitiative’construction.

　　按照“一江居中、两岸繁荣”的总体布局，以哈尔滨松花江北部地区为核心区，以哈尔滨哈南工业新城为产业支撑区，以综合保税区、内陆港为联动发展区。

　　哈尔滨新区平房经济技术片区已形成了高端装备制造、食品、新一代信息技术三大主导产业。入区企业突破19000家，规模以上工业企业达到211家，世界500强企业19家，外商投资企业381家。16家企业在境内主板及创业板上市，占全省的44%，全市的62%;19家企业在新三板挂牌，占全省的20%，全市的31%;有272家高新技术企业，占全市的35%，已成为黑龙江省产业发展的龙头、对外开放的窗口和投资服务的高地。

　　哈尔滨新区平房经济技术片区地区生产总值跨越千亿，工业总产值跨2000亿元台阶，主营业务收入突破3000亿元大关。打造了100平方公里哈南工业新城核心区雏形，形成辐射贯通周边各工业园区框架格局，经济总量上再造一个哈尔滨工业，实现“率先晋位”，成为全省最大的现代产业集聚区。
